Upon advice of counsel we make the following statements regarding the recent investigations of Bananaberry Enterprises and the Indictments of members of our Board of Directors, Officers, Employees, and Corporation - We are not guilty of any of the charges made against us.
- We were not even there.
- It is a case of mistaken identity. It must have been some other corporation that looked like us.
- Besides, we were provoked, and it was self-defense.
- We are victims of a political witch hunt.
- The statutes and regulations under which we have been charged are vague, imprecise, and unconstitutional.
- These attacks on our corporation are attacks on America, on the Free Market system, and on democracy, and are probably Communist inspired. We are proud to be standing up against Communism!!!
